  • What if I’m offline? Can I still access my documents?
  • Yes, email and data from SharePoint can be stored as a local copy on your PC, for easy access even when you’re offline. Next time you are online, changed documents and your email repository will be synchronised with the server.

  • Where is my data stored?
  • C2C’s offerings are based on Exchange Online and SharePoint online, two services managed and operated by Microsoft. Microsoft delivers these services from a set of geographically dispersed data centres. Each data centre houses a reliable redundant infrastructure needed to support the service.

  • If I move my users from Office 2007 installed on their computers to using Office 365 in the cloud, can they use their existing templates, macros and shortcuts?
  • Yes, as part of your transition to the cloud, we work with you to migrate business applications and data, ensuring that your users’ productivity is not impeded by the change of environment.   • Is my data safe?
  • Yes. Your data is stored in data centres that are managed by Microsoft in line with the most stringent global standards and practices for information security.   • How do I ensure my users’ devices are patched and secure if they’re not on the office network?
  • Windows Intune lets you remotely manage devices from a central console. On managed devices, you can remotely initiate scans, malware definition updates, system restarts and system wipes.
